Stop copying orders and guessing couriers. Manage local UAE delivery, compare next-day and on-demand options side by side, and protect deliveries with built-in address verification.
Agent-First Logistics Orchestration
For every order, Menaship checks destination, weight and your priority (cost, speed or reliability), shows the eligible Carrier + Service options in a fixed order with a plain-language reason for each, and lets you confirm the one you choose. Prices appear only where a carrier or rate card provides one; reliability is not shown until it is measured.
Noon integrated, Eco Express integrating and DHL Express coming soon — under one roof. Noon runs on your own account at your own Noon rates (BYOK); Eco Express charges are passed through at cost with no margin.
Menaship checks each parcel against your carriers and shows the eligible options side by side — a price where one is available, the service as the carrier states it, and a plain-language reason. You confirm before anything is dispatched. Built for multiple carriers: Noon integrated; Eco Express integrating; DHL Express coming soon.
Smart Route
Smart Route helps you choose how each shipment is delivered. When you create a shipment, it compares the delivery options that can carry it and recommends one, with the reason.
You see the carriers and services that can serve the shipment's route, weight and size. Any that can't are listed with the reason.
Options are only ranked where their prices and times can be fairly compared.
Nothing is booked until you confirm. Take the recommendation, or pick any other available option yourself.
Want the same carrier every time? Give a branch a default carrier that is always used, and Smart Route is skipped there.
Carriers and connectors
Noon is Bring Your Own Key (BYOK): you connect your own Noon account and Noon bills you directly. Eco Express runs on a Menaship platform account funded from your Menaship wallet — Eco's charge plus 5% VAT, passed through at cost with no margin.
The local logistics headache
Staff spend hours copying orders between Shopify and separate courier apps (Noon, Eco Express, DHL). Data entry mistakes lead to delayed pickups and angry customers.
No single courier is optimal for every order. Using DHL for local parcels is too expensive, while local couriers can't handle cross-border express. Without smart routing, businesses default to one sub-optimal courier and overpay.
Traditional aggregators and couriers often ask for deposit or subscription commitments before you can ship — capital tied up before a single parcel moves.
Intelligent Logistics OS
For every order, Menaship checks destination, weight and your priority (cost, speed or reliability), shows the eligible Carrier + Service options in a fixed order with a plain-language reason for each, and lets you confirm the one you choose. Prices appear only where a carrier or rate card provides one; reliability is not shown until it is measured.

Shopify order sync is in pilot preparation: orders will arrive via webhooks without manual re-typing. Branch staff can create, track, or cancel store shipments using an Arabic-first wizard.
Independent coordinate validation checks vague GCC street descriptions and flags ambiguous locations before driver dispatch.
Simple 3-step workflow
Link your carrier accounts — Noon integrated; Eco Express integrating; DHL Express coming soon. Shopify store connection comes with the pilot. No complex developer setup required.
As orders arrive, Menaship checks address coordinates, evaluates carrier eligibility, and shows the eligible Carrier + Service options with reasons — prices where available, delivery times as stated by the carrier.
Confirm the option you choose (or your branch default). Customers get a shareable tracking link; status updates as the carrier reports them (availability depends on carrier and service).
Built for your scale
Pay per shipment · Prepaid wallet
Carrier charges and your wallet: Noon bills you directly on your own Noon account (BYOK). Eco Express charges plus 5% VAT are passed through at cost, with no margin, from your prepaid Menaship wallet: at booking the wallet reserves the estimate, which is settled to the final amount — or released if the shipment is cancelled or not booked. The wallet is prepaid, so it needs funds before a wallet-funded booking. DHL Express is coming soon.

No. Smart Route shows options and always requires your confirmation. For each shipment, it checks weight, destination and your selected priority (cost, speed or reliability), lists the eligible carrier options in a fixed order with a plain-language reason for each, and says what it cannot compare yet — Noon provides no price, and reliability is not shown until it is measured. You confirm the option you choose before anything is booked.
Individual courier portals are isolated silos. Noon is built for hyperlocal on-demand delivery, Eco Express for domestic next-day parcels, and DHL for global express. Menaship brings them into a single window (Noon integrated; Eco Express integrating; DHL Express coming soon), eliminates manual re-typing, verifies local addresses, and shows the eligible carrier options for every order. Shopify order sync is in pilot preparation.
There is no monthly subscription during the pilot. Menaship charges a platform fee of AED 0.75 per successful shipment, and pilot businesses receive an AED 15 Platform Fee Credit — it is granted when you connect your first carrier, covers the platform fee on 20 shipments, and expires 14 days after it is granted if unused. Wallet funds you add yourself do not expire. Carrier charges are separate and never covered: Noon bills you directly on your own Noon account (BYOK), and Eco Express charges plus 5% VAT are passed through at cost from your prepaid Menaship wallet. At booking, the wallet reserves the estimate; it is settled to the final amount, or released if the shipment is cancelled or not booked. The wallet is prepaid, so it needs funds before a wallet-funded booking.
Descriptive or landmark-based addresses in the UAE frequently cause driver confusion and failed delivery attempts. Menaship independently verifies coordinates and flags incomplete or ambiguous destinations before courier dispatch, so your team can clarify details before dispatch.
Yes. You can designate a Branch Default Carrier for any branch location. If your branch staff prefer to dispatch with their default carrier, they can proceed directly without evaluating alternatives, provided the carrier is eligible for that specific shipment route.
Join the pilot: no monthly subscription during the pilot, an AED 15 Platform Fee Credit, and Smart Route from your first shipment.
The Menaship app opens to pilot businesses at launch.
